The project will boost the attractiveness and competitiveness of select destinations with the aim of strengthening social and economic development, as well as the sustainable and smart growth of the entire macro Adriatic region by promoting the new integrated cultural tourism product based on advanced emotional technologies and innovative marketing tools by following an action plan of smart management of select tourist destinations in the region with specific activities aimed at improving the experience of cultural heritage; using digital equipment such as virtual reality booths inside forts and castles (headphones and wireless monitoring system) and solutions guiding visitors on a journey through history with an emphasis on a futuristic approach for an enhanced experience; scientific exploration and analysis of identified cultural goods and what lies within; digital and virtual production – presenting Trsat Castle using innovative technologies, as well as live-streaming cultural and literary festivals and other similar events.
